Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Please ensure that the garments have not been worn or washed.

For online returns, complete the return form within the specified 30-day period. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. We recommend using registered post and keeping track of the tracking number until your package is received, as PALMS. Bikini cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return items. We also reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Special and Sale Conditions

Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or credited unless they are deemed faulty. We advise customers to carefully consider their size and style before making a purchase, including those made with a discount code as part of a promotional sale.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns to PALMS. Bikini.

How to Initiate a Return

To return goods, follow these steps:

  2. Pack all unworn and unaltered swimwear, ensuring packaging, tags, and hygiene strips are intact.
  3. Ship the package via your local post office or courier service.
  4. Email the tracking number for the return parcel to CONTACT US.

You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt of your items, and your exchange or store credit will be processed accordingly.

Refunds

As a Made-to-Order brand, we do not offer refunds for returns. Refunds are only provided for faulty items that cannot be replaced or repaired. In the event of receiving a faulty item, complete the returns form, and we will assist you personally to resolve the issue.
